Local standout Alan Washington, a 6-6 forward from Brookland-Cayce High School and Chris Troutman, a 6-0 guard from Elizabethton, Tenn. will be joining the Gamecock squad next year. Foster hopes Washington will add depth for the front line and said Troutman is a good ball-handler who "shoots very well outside."
