compile a 22-7 overall record
for the year.

The USC basketball team

Coach Bill Foster is hoping
the players coming back will
be improved.
Local standout Alan
Washington, a 6-6 forward
from Brookland-Cayce High
School and Chris Troutman,
a 6-0 guard from
Elizabethton, Tenn. will be
joining the Gamecock squad
next year.
Foster hopes Washington
will add depth for the front
line and said Troutman is a
good ball-handler who
"shoots very well outside."
Foster said he believes
both players will fit in well
with the rest of the team but
