JSarnpu Economy Syir South Carolina chief economist Dr. Barbara A. Feinn will discuss the state's troubled economy at thfe seventh annual Symposium on the American Economy March 26atUSC. Sixty-five outstanding high school students from the Midlands will participate in the symposium at the Daniel r** a ? 4i- - mauageiueiii seiner in me USC College of Business Administration. Feinn is slated to speak at a luncheon that starts at noon in the Campus Room of Capstone Building. Several faculty members from the Department of Economics in the College of Business Administration will examine key aspects of the national economy. Dr. William H. Phillips will speak from 9-10:15 a.m. on "the American Economy in the Postwar Era ? Progress and Problems;" Dr. Randolph C. Martin will discuss "Policies and Prospects: the Keynesian Legacy" from 1:30-3 p.m., a session that also will feature Dr. B.F. Kiker and Dr. G.E. Breger in a discussion of President Reagan's economic policies. A panel discussion on the causes of the current economic crisis will be held from 10:30-11:45 a.m. and will feature James P. Bradley Jr., Dr. R Blaine Roberts, and Dr. C. Glyn Williams. Campus Crime March 23 ? A purse was stolen from a car on Blossom Street. March 22 ? A pair of shoes were stolen from Tenement 24.
