No top-flight bodybuilder could compete at any level doing the majority of his training on the Nautilus, especially on USC's outdated equipment. Also, Younginer cited Dr. Ellington Darden as advocating the efficiency of the Nautilus, but he fails to note that Ellington has a clear conflict of interest with the Nautilus.
