An Energy Fair featuring booths and demonstrations promoting energy conservation will be held Wednesday at Russell House. A Kill-A-Watt contest sponsored by residential life services will award $500, $300 and $200 prizes to the three residence halls with the greatest decreases in kilowatt usage in February 1981 as compared with February 1980.
