Chester County has approved a local law banning out-of-county chemical wastes and putting tight controls on wastes produced and disposed inside the I county. "We just want the people that are involved to be responsible," said county Attorney Paul Short. Chester Supervisor Carlisle Roddey says the county is prepared to take on anyone who wants to challenge the ordinance's legality. "We will let them take us to court and find out," he said.
