In competition, the frisbee team plays a game known as Ultimate. It is played like soccer, using a frisbee disc instead of a ball. One point is awarded for each goal, and the first team to score 15 points wins. BEGINNING PLAY in a drizzle, Clemson drew first blood, scoring on each of their first four possessions. The deficit proved too much for Carolina to overcome in the first half, ending at 7-2. Led by team president Bill Corey, the Disc Lords scored three points to pull within two. But, relying on a strong defense and accurate passing, the Clemson team prevailed 15-9. j: ?
