Beer is consumed by students all over campus and perhaps if the library was located adjacent to Preston, Woodrow, Bates House, or the Women's Quad, Mr. Toombs would complain about stereo speakers of students - not "fraternity students." I feel it is time the Greek organizations are recognized for their contributions to USC. Many service projects are engineered by fraternities and sororities.
