If a department thinks it might have an athlete superstar, or someone close to it, they will have the chance to prove it by competing in Bell Camp's Superstars, which is being co-sponsored by Bell Camp and Budweiser of Columbia. "The competition is open to both men and women of any department on campus, but with the limitation of only one contestant per department. The rules state each contestant must choose seven of the eleven events in the competition. With this method a contestant need not compete in an event in which he or she might not be adept. "We will have both water and field events in our competition to provide both a challenge and an insight to our facilities here at Bell Camp," Lownes said. The eleven events that a contestant may choose from are: canoe Slalom, 30 K' S, . ?* " W v .
