You would be subject to a five dollar fine if you disobeyed raffic light. If this one law was put into the USC regulations the fines collected could )robably pay for a new parking arage. At Ohio State the of ense of opening a door into raffic is subject to a$20 fine and he offense of "backing without afety" (whatever .that means) s also subject to a $20 fine. By comparison, the USC ommunity has it fairly easy. 3ut we do not live in Ohio or ndiana, our problems are here. ['he solution to the problem may e that all motor vehicles will be arred from the campus, and the ew problem may be bicycle arking fines. In any case, the parking rieters serve a useful purpose Dr the moment.
