This is illegal: Titl Vil of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibil discrimination on the basis of race, cree( color, national origin and sex. Advertising i sex-segregated columns or specifying one se has been interpreted as a violation of this law You wouldn't run an ad which specific "white". You shouldn't be running ads whic specify "men" or "women" either. I believe you would be doing your ai vertisers a favor if you inform them of this Ac I am sure that they do not want to break an -laws. Whether you know it or not, there is university provision which entitles you to pi resident fees. First, reference was made to charges Senator Clarkson that student funds have be improperly used. The SAC has control ov only a portion of these funds. StudE Government, by Senate Statue, receives 11 ner ent of the Student Activities Fee. The be bust and Carolina Cares are among SG/ programs. The Student Bar Associati generates or receives in grants over $5,000 I its own programs. In order to prevent improper use of funds the commission de allocate, it is presently compiling and panding the guidlines formed last spring.
