All-America< signs withU By BILL GRANTTigna Sports Writer James Tingen, an All-America diver from Greensboro, N. C., has signed a grant-in-aid and will compete for Carolina in the fall. Swimming coach Alan Gentr,y called Tingen, "a real good prospect. He'll do a fine job as a college athlete. We're very excited about him coming here. We won out over a couple of other schools that were after him."
