Letter (Continued from page 3) In the midst of such a con troversy over financing, it is surprising that SCPIRG has not published a proposed budget to make availabel to the students fo USC. This budget should show who is to be a volunteer worker and who is to be an employee, what the salaries of employes will be, how many hours they will work (full or part time), what funds will be used for renting any necessary space, and what will be allocated for specific projects. Within individual project funds, the percentage to be used for transportation, publicity, printing, and whatever else il; necessary in completing a project should be included. This, as well as a proposal explaining intended investigations for specific problems, might encourage many students to look more closely at SCPIRG, instead of seeing it as just another organization at tempting to rip them off.
