The Wildcat guards are juniors Ed Hastings and Tom Ingelsby. Chris Ford, moving to forward after scoring 13.8 points a game last year at guard, is the one forward, while Kraft has Joe McDowell, Larry Moody, Larry Storm, and John Gaspar as the other forward possibility. A veteran backcourt is the highlight on the Massachusetts line-up. Guards John Betancourt and Mike Paglira carry the hopes of the Redmen. The only other returning starter is forward Tom McLaughlin.
