Buffalo I in ' Howd By HARRY HOPE Columnist You remember him-the mustard yellow cowboy suit with the red buffalo and the fringes, the big smile and the "Howdy-doo to you!"-Buffalo Bob Smith, host of the "Howdy-Doody Show" and voice for the famous marionette. He is a little older, a little grayer but still vigorous. Right now he is in the midst of the "Howdy Doody Revivni" now hitting the college circuit. leifnre the Wednesday night's show at Carolina, Buffalo Bob (you just can't call him Mr. Smith) relaxed and talked of the old days and the new days.
