The minute Riot w Five persons identified as USC students were charged Wednesday in a warrant with rioting and in citing to riot at the campus ad ministration building Monday afternoon. The five were identified as Ralph White. Paul Gumm, Ralph Courtney. Jack Atwood and An drew Skarbek. Authorites said Wednesday afternoon that none of the five had been arrested. Bruce Roberts of the Univer sity's security division signed the warrant issued by Columbia Maistrate H.E. MeNair pleaded for calm on campus and, reassured parents that their offspring are safe on campus. The governor said that if classes were suspended, students would be restricted to their dorms.
