News Newspaper staffers from eight regional USC campuses have been invited to a seminar on newspaper editing and writing on Oct. 11. The Seminar sponsored by Sigma Delta Chi, the professional journalistic society at the University will be held in the School of Journalism in the Coliseum. Sigma Delta Chi members wil lead discussions on news writing, editorial writing, sports writing, editing and layout and advertising. Membership in this "Little Sister" organization is open by invitation to girls who are lavaliered, pinned, engaged, or married to brothers of the chapter and to friends of the frraternity. Sewage causes evacuation A near catastrophe caused Woodland Terrace residents to leave their homes this weekend. The sewage backed up and flooded the homes of several families. The pipelines run directly down he hill into the apartments and here was no way for the problem o be controlled. Housing Director J. A. Barnes aid. "It was an act of God. We save no control over it.'
