Garnet And In Annual I By BRUCE HONICK Staff Writer Kickoff time for "Cockfight '69," the annual intra squad football game, is tonight at 7:30. Coach Paul Dietzel has divided his varsity hopefuls into two teams-the Garnets and the Blacks. The Blacks, com posed basically of rising sophomores, will wear white jerseys. Division of the squad was made to put the first offense and defense together against the second offense and de fense. The game, which climaxes spring football practice, is sponsored by the Block C Club and is expected to draw a crowd larger than the 8,000 spectators that were on hand last year. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for students. The Garnet offense is an all-letterman unit with the exception of rising sophomore Danny Dyches, who will man the center slot in place of Steve Vasgaard, who is side lined due to injuries. The Garnet offense will be represented by Fred Zeigler, split end; Dave DeCamilla, left tackle; Don Buckner, left guard; Danny Dyches, center; Chris Bank, right guard; Tony Fusaro, right tackle; Doug Hamrick, tight end; Tommy Suggs, quarterback; Rudy Holloman, tailback; Warren Muir, fullback; and Ken Walkup, flanker. The defensive unit of the Garnet team has Lyn Hodge at left end; Jimmy Poston at left tackle; Benny Padgett at strong linebacker; Kevin Mooney at middle guard; Al Usher at weak linebacker; Rusty Ganas at right tackle; Joe Wingard at right end; Don Bailey at left halfback; Bo Davies at rover; Andy Chavous at safety, and Pat Wat son at right halfback.
