Volleyba a Set For BY ROLAND DUBAY Staff Writer The campus intramural volley ball championship will be decided tonight. The winners in Monday night's preliminaries will be facing one another in the Old Gym at 7 p.m. Four teams of independents and four teams of fraternities joined in a double elimination tournament, where each team was allowed one loss without losing eligibility for winning the trophy. This was set up in the form of two brackets. The two undefeated teams played each other in a two out-of-three match, while the once defeated teams played each other. The loser of the first bracket played the winner of the once-de feated team match. Zone 18, 6, 17 and 1 played last light. Chi Psi, Kappa Alpha, Phi Kap )a Sigma, and Lambda Chi Alpha )layed in the fraternity elimina .ions. The winning team will be pre ,ented with the Intramural Volley >all Championship Trophy. Zone 18 is the defending chain )ionship team, and has many play rs back from last year's squad. Parachute l There will be an organizational, neeting of the USC Sport Para -hute Club Thursday night at 7:30. The scheduled meeting in Russell louse, Room 205, will be the first tep in the organization of a sport arachute organization at Carolina. Both Clemson and The Citadel iave such organizations at their ;chools.
