The 12 have e stab li shed an all-time high average for successful completion of the Federal Aviation Administration's examination for I private pilot's license. Jones has announced the establishment of an andowed chair in the College of Business Administration sponsored and supported by the South Caro lina Savings and Loan League and the South Carolina Association of Realtors. Dr. Robert K. Brown, professor f business at the University and a nationally k n o w n educator and author, was appointed holder of the new C h a i r of Real Estate, Property Finance and Urban De velopment. In announcing the chair and Dr. B r o w n 's appointment, President Jones commented that the estab lishment of this Chair will enable the College of Business Adminis tration to provide the high caliber and continuing leadership required to develop an outstanding academic and continuing education program in the fields of real estate and property finance. "The impact of this type of support for higher edu ,ation cannot be overstated," Dr. Jones said. In expressing his appreciation, Charles W.
