C.. resident who have returned their draft cards to the Federal G.oVernment are being investi gated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. According to The Daily Tar Heel, student newspaper at UNC, they have been contacted by the FBI, but no court action has been brought against them. Two of them, UNC junior Rob ert Eaton and former sociology graduate student George Vlasits, turned in their cards to the Jus tice Department in Washington. D. C. on Oct. 20. The third, Mike Smedherg, anl organizer for the Resistance, re turned his on Oct. 16. Although they could be prose cuted for non-possession of their draft cards, the constitutionality of the law providing for prosecu tion is leing reviewed by the U. S.
