Headed by a -1.1-student 1U SC delegation, the force represented nearly all South Carolina colleges and came to the Capitol with plans for renovating the legislature and iatroducing leasures to better South Carolina. Everything was lawful and per fectly aboveboard, however, since the force composed the annual S. C. State Student Legislature, made up of "legislators" selected primaru arotm student senators on college campuses. The four-day session offers par ticipants experience in the practi cal arts of politics and govern rment. It began Wednesday with regis traition) and comm ittee' meeting' and will reach its elimax Satur day with the election of state officers.
