Have you thg nice sense of balance that tells yu when an accessory is an effective accent-when it's overdone ? Buyin your dress is only the beginning it's the things you wear with it thdt make or mar the way you look. When you have a two-colored costume, play down your acces sories. Match them to one of the colors. This year's "bright accent" may be quite effective if used properly. The "Tone on Tone" Look The "tone-on-tone" look is es pecially good this year. Various shades of one color family may be used together to make a striking costume. An example of this would be an amber turban and bag played against a beaver trimmed beige suit. The shoes could be a shadow of the amber -md the gloves repeating some of the mellow color of the beaver. The "white accent" is good news for winter. It's good with black, beige, and grey. A white satin hat, perhaps with feathers, would look ver'y good with rhinestone and pearl ropes and white capeskin gloves, worn with a very simple dress.
