Decorations Add To Council Hop First Of This Semester Buster Spann And His Gamecock Orchestra Play For Inter. Fraternity Dance The first interfraternity dance of th< semester was held in the University Gymnasium last night. Music for th< dance was furnished by Buster Span: and his Gamecocks. Sponsors for the dance were: Ph Sigma Kappa, Lida Liles; Phi Kappa Alpha, Janet Reed; Pi Kappa Phi Edith Woodruff; Sigma Alpha Epsi. lon, Sara Williamson; Sigma Chi Mary Whittaker; Sigma Nu, Dorothy Platt; 'Pan-Hellenic president, Lucy Black. Jack Killea is president of. Pan-Hel lenic council. The gymnasium was elaborately decorated for the dance. Each inter fraternity representative wore a bou tonniere of red carniations. A special no-break for the memberm of the council was danced. -U. M. 0. Graduate courses in automobile traf fic control will be offered by Harvarc next year. Seventy-three nationalities are repre sented among the 8,800 students a Boston University.
