When this change is made the white postal cars will be run on the Charlotte, Columbia and Augusta railroad, and it is believed that the day train will carry the local mail as at present. Full connections will then be made at Charlotte on all trains from the South for Northern and Western points, and for south bound trains on all Southern points.
