j North Carolina roads, but will have double i
j daily trains to Savannah, over the Charlotte, j
Columbia & Augusta and the Georgia Cenj
tral roads, instead of the daily train to Aui

i the new train on the C. C. & A. will be to
i secure the Northern travel, asthc Piedmont
Air Line will be enabled to make the run
between Washington'and Savannah at least
six hours quicker than can be done by the
coast line. An arrangement has been perfected
with the Georgia Central whereby
the Richmond and Danville ears will run
through from Augusta to Savannah without
a break. When this change is made
the white postal cars will be run on the
Charlotte, Columbia and Augusta railroad,
and it is believed that the day train will
carry the local mail as at present. Full
connections will then be made at Charlotte
on all trains from the South for Northern
and Western points, and for south bound
trains on all Southern points. The ar
rangement was an admirable one for the
passenger traflic and will seen re large increase

MAKES CHILD-BIRTH EASY.
The time has come at last when
the terrible a .irony incident to
this very critical* period in a
woman's life can be avoided.

FRIEND," and to-day there
arc thousands of the best women
in our land who, having
used this wonderful remedy
before confinement, rise up and
call his name blessed.
We receive le tters from every
section <-f ti;e country thanking
us for placing this preparation
in the reach of suffering
woman. One lady from North
Carolina writes "us that she
would like to thank the proprietors
on ln*r knees for bringing
it to her notice, as in o previous
confinement she had two
doctois, and they were compelled
to use chiol'onn, instruments,
etc., and she suffered
almost death: but this time she
used "MO lliEliS* FRIEND,"
and her labor was short, quick
and almost like magic. Now
why should a woman suffer
when she can avoid it? We can
prove all we claim by living
witnme*, and anyone Interested
can call, or have their husbands
do so, at our office, and
uit: onginai letters, wiiicli
*ve cannot j^ublish.
This remedy is one about which we can
not publish certificates, but it is a most
wonderful liniment to be used after the
first two or three months.
Send for our treatise on the Health and
Happiness of Woman, mailed free, which
gives all particulars.
