GJJYSOTTSDfPR )VED EXTRACT OF ^Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla, tne cure oi ail diseases or mwrueip gcucJl rated by impure blood. Its great success justly entitles it to the name of the Great American specific. So far as it is known it ic universally appreciated, and many eminent physicians use it daily in their practiceWith the most happy effects, and certify that it is the best extract in existence, and the only one that stands the test of time. Every year adds to its great popularity, and multiplies its astounding cures. The victim of Hereditary Scrofula, with supporting glands, honey-combed Hesh, and caries eating into his bones, finds Guysott's Yellow Dock end Sar.-aparilla balm for his aliliation. His horrible torment* are as.^raged, and his malaay not only relieved, but perfectly cured. it inay.be safely asserted, from the results bf past experience, that "Dr. Guysott's Extract ot Yellow Dock and Snr.-aparilla,'' is, beyond all comparison, the most wonderful remedy on earth for the following diseases, and a 1 others proceeding from vitiated blood: .Scrofula, or King's Evil, Rheumatism. Obstinate Cutaneous Eruptions, l'irnples or Pustules on the face, B melius, Boils, Chronic Sore Eyes, Ringworm or Tetter, Scald Head, Enlargement and Pains of the Bones and Joints, Stubborn (.leers, Syphilitic i_.ui imago, ana Diseases arivinpr from an injudicious use of MerI curv, Acitos or Dropsy, Exposure or Imprudence in Life, Liver Complaint, Ague and Fever, lnter{ milting Fever, Clioiera .Morbus, Dysentery, Diarrj ha*a, l'lethora o!' Blood in the Head, Piles, Pains j in the. Back. Sides. Breast cr 1/ ins, and all forms of Muscular, Glandular, and Skin diseases. It is a sovereign specific for General Debility, | and the best renovater for a Broken Constitution. It braces and reinvigorates every organ, promotes actietity and regularity in every function, and produces that condition of the whole physical system which is the best security l<>r long life. Let ail who wish to purge the blood from the impurities contracted from t it* free indulgence of I the appetite during the winter, and to prepare the system ro resist summer epidemics, resort now to "Guvsott's Extract of Yellow Dock and Sarsaparilla," which is proving itself an antidote for many of the most malignant diseases that llesh is heir to, and they will wcer be disajipoinled, for in this remedy the public taitli has never wavered? never can waver; for it is louuded on experience, just as their want of faith in oilier and spurious compounds is also founded in experience. They Hy from mineral nostrums to seek hope, life, and vigor from this purely vegetable remedy. Therefore, however broken down in health and spirits, however loathesome to himself and others, lei no one despair of recovery; 'et the patient only tin- ; derstand that this hope ot physical restoration j lies only in ' Guysott's Extract of Yellow Dock ; and Earsaparilla," and persuade him for his life's sake to try it, and wo have no hesitation in predicting his sueedv restoration to heullh. Il'liat could be more conclusive! ' It is seldom we permit ourselves to occup\ a space in these columns to .-peak in praise ofany article in the patent mebiciue way; l?nt when vvu see the lite of a fellow-creature saved by the use of any medicine whatever, we consider it as our I right, it not our duty, to give a simple statement j of facts, that others may, in like manner, be bene, fitted. The case which has induced us to pen this article was that ofa you us lady ofour acquaintance, who by frequent exposure to the night air. contracted a Cold which settled on the Lungs before its ravages could be stayed. (This occurred two years ago this winter) Various remedies were used, but with very little effect or hem lit ? The Cough grew worse, with copious expectoration. and the sunken eye, and pale, hollow cheeks, told plainly that pulmonary disease was doing its worst on her delicate frame. The fanii'y physician was consulted, and although lie would not admit to the young lady tli it she really had the ConMimptiun, yrt he would give no encouragement as <o a cure. At this crisis her mother was persuaded to make use of a bottle of Dr. Rogers' Com pound Syrup of Liverwort and Tar, and we are happy to state she was perlectiy cured in less than three months ?.y this medicine alone, alter even hope was destroyed. It is useless to comment on such a case a* this for the simple truth will reach j where polished fiction never can. If any doubt the authenticity of this statement, let them call at this office.? V. HOUGHTON'S f p g Ag Prepared from RENNET, or tlie fourth STOMACH OF THE OX, after directions of BARON LIEBIO, the great Physiological Chemist, by J. S, HOUGHTON, M. D. Philadelphia. Pa.
