One instance in particular, in which the superior virtues of this medicine have been tested, has fallen under our observation. During the last summer, a son of Mr. Abraham Brahill. of this country, was very seriously afflicted with Liver Complaint, and after trying in vain Vitrioi;remedies, he purchased a hnttleof the Bitters and after tiding it, was so much relieved of his distressing malady that he procured another bottle, and is restored entirely to health.
