Saturday, June 25, 1955 COI'IC NEWS Rev. (). A. Morant, Pastor 1 Sunday... was a busy day on the Good Hope Circuit. Tho members of the circuit gathered at Good Hope Church where they observed Children's "Day. Sunday School was called to order by Bro. Rufus Spells, Supt. The lesson was taught by the teachers which seemed very interesting. Review by the pgstor who took time and gave us some very wonderful information i on the lesson. 1 wish more could have listened to the information. The Supt. gave a short recreation period, then returned to the program. tu ~ o a. inc ou|)i. opened up tne program with remarks and turned it into the hands of the Com. Miss Ertha L. Ilyant and Mrs. Marie R. Hillyard. The exercise was very good. Very melodius music was rendered by Bushy Pond, Good Hope Sr.' and Jr., Choirs, and the speeches, solos, and plays were very interesting. - he served some most delicious i food. Everyone should be wee: pleased with their trip to Good Hope on Sunday. We were delighted to have Mi. and Mrs. Mack Muggins vis it their home church once more. Also their friends. We enjoyed ~ remarks and?songs by?them. Rev. and Mrs. ('. C. Burgess also Mrs. James K." York, the sister of Mrs. Burgess accompanying took a trip to Washing* ton, N.Y.C. and Brooklyn.
