All who have 6erved fourteen da\'s, or rcd?ived pay in money for their services, are entitled. We have, by five years'practice in cluims against the U. S. Government, become perfectly acquainted with all the minute rules and practice of that Department, and are well known to the Commissioner of Pensions. We will attend promptly to all claims entrusted to up. As three hundred thousand persons nre entitled under .this huv, there will be great delay in issuing them, and it is therefore highly important that application be made without lelav.
