It appeared that LeRoy s Lee, Esq, represented the plaintiff, and Messrs Kelley & Hinds repi resented the defendants. It should have been that the plaintiff was represented by Messrs Kelley & Hinds, and the defendants by LeRoy Lee, Esq, the verdict being for 5 the defendants.
