I THE KIND OF A REVIV- I i I AL KINGSTREE NEEDS I As the time approaches for the! great co-operative meeting (to be) j held under the leadership of Evangelist McLendon, it is well to ask what kind of a meeting Kingstree needs, and what she may expect to have? Too often we pray and labor without any definite idea as to what we really need, and so know not what to pray for or expect. We should first of all know what is needed, and then go to God in prayer for that specific need, for it's the definite j prayers tnat are answereu. It is asked that every Christian pray that Kingstree may experience: 1. A revival that begins personally in the hearts of the pastors and the members of the church. 2. A revival in the thoughtful honest, prayerful reading of the Bible. 3. A revival that will rebuild the broken-down family altars and keep burning thereon the fire of daily, devout worship. 4. A revival that will make all members of the church profoundly solicitious for the salvation of their neighbors. 5. A revival that will cause all, members of the church to labor per- J 8onal!v with their nighbors to bring thein to Christ. 6. A revival that will enable every church member to say from the ' heart: "I was glad when they said unto me, 'Let us go up to the house of the Lord.' " 7. A revival that will make it a a. 1* | pleasure to the memoers to live, right up to the spirit of the vo;vs they took up themselves when they joined the church. 8. A revival that will fill each one with the forgiving and loving spirit of Christ and constrain them to pro' voke each other unto love and good works. , Yours for a nobler Christian life, A E Riemer, Pastor. Kingstree People Should Learn to Detect the Approach of Kidney Disease. The symptoms of kidney trouble are many. Disordered kidneys often excrete a thick, cloudy, offensive urine, full of sediment, irregular of passage or attended by a sensa.ion of scalding. The back may ache, headaches and dizzy spells may occur and the victim is often weighted down by a feeling of languor and fatigue. Neglect these warnings and there is danger. Delay often proves fatal. You can use no better endorsed kidney remedy than Doan's Kidney Fills. Herp's Kingstree prooi oi their merit. C R Thomas, photographer, Mill St, Kingstree, says: "My kidneys were disordered, and I suffered from dull pains in my back. I was sore and lame in the morning, and could hardly stoop. I had headaches and dizzy spells. The kidney secretions passed irregularly, and caused me no end of trouble. When I read about Doan's Kidney Pills I got a supply at Allen's drug store, and one box rid me of all signs of kidney complaint.,' Price 50c, at all dealers.
