Mr Epps' many friends here are pleased to see him again and especi ally gratified that he looks so well. Messrs R II Kellahan and .1 M Nexsen are contemplating a trip to Bryant county,Ga., within the next few days to take a big deer drive. The deer are said to be so plentiful in that section that all you have to do is to shoot them down as they come by the "stands." All the teachers ot Kingstree High school went away for Xmas except Mr Colbert and Miss Ross, whose homes are in town. Mr Speigner visited his parents in Jonesville; Misses Beckham and Campbell went t'> Kock Hill; Miss Townsend to Florence: Miss Carver to Spartanburg and Miss Hrckmann to Cliarleston.
