Jessie Gibbes, alias Jessie Cain, who was carried back to Lake City, Fla., some time since to be executed for murder and who afterwards had his sentence commuted by the pardoning board of Florida to five years on chaingang, was pardoned on i Saturday, June 1, by the said pardoning board.
