[jj On October 18, Mr W W Burrows of Leo gave the writer some hue Irish potatoes which were much appreciated. They were produced as a second crop ou the s&nie laud. Also oil the same day Hartley Hauua, a colored farmer living T! about four miles from Lake City, gave me a full grown ripe strawberry as I passed his patch.
