This is expected to be the greatest meeting of the kind ever held and it is all honor to the Senator and to our county that he should he selected to represent the State in this world association. On the same day Mr C E St Amand and family transferred their lares and penates into the house vacated by Mr Whitehead, and Mr S 0 Matthis and family, who are new comers from Manning, moved into the dwelling formerly occupied by Mr St Amand. Another new household to be set up in Kingstree is that of Mr H A Meyer, who with his family will occupy the vacant Kellehan cottage on West Main street. Died?On Tuesday night, March 10, 1903, after a brief illness of pneumonia at the home of her son, Mr R W MeCutchen, of Benson, S C, Mrs Mary McCutehen, aged 62 years. Besides her other relatives and friends Mrs McCutehen leaves three sons and one daughter and a number of grand-children.
