An ordinance regulating! the Construction of Buildings and Chimneys with in the Town of KingRtree, &. C., was introduced by Warden Heller. The same was read for first time". Intendent and Wardens Nelson, Heller and Wilkin* voting for same. No further business Council adjourned. M. ft. LEVIN. Clerk and Treasurer. Special meeting t of Council held July 14th, 191X2. Present: Intendent Kelley. and Wardens Kelson, Brockinton, Heller and Wilkin*. An Ordinance regulating the construction of Buildings and Chimneys in the town of Kingstree, S. C., was brought up for a second reading. On motion of Warden Heller, Section 1 was i amended as fo' lows; Providing that all lots on North Side of unnamed street running from Jail street to Academy street, also all lets not bounded on Main street between Academy street and the milmud be excepted from the building limits. There being no further amendments offered the Ordinance was read as a whole, passed its second reading and ordered to be engrossed and ratified. Those voting in favor of the passage of the Ordinance: Wardens Brockinton, Heller, Nelson, Wilkinsan i the Intendent. There being no further business Council adjourned. M. R. LEVIN.
