Entertainment Given t?yMrs. Sturgeon in Honor of Mist Elizabeth Uasque. One of the most pleasant events of the season was the "Pink Tea" given by* Mrs. J. M. Sturgeon, of Lake City, on Thanksgiving evening complimentary to Miss Elizabeth Gasque,a charming and accomplished young lady from the "Old North State" and a sister of Mrs. Sturgeon. The guests lnvitted were just enough to comfortably till the parlor of the Sturgeon House and the evening was pleasantly passed with parlor games, interspersed with tete-a* tetes, aid general conversation round afire that blazed and burned as merrily as the festive yule Jog By and by carne si cheerful interruption in the form of an invitation to the snlle-a-naanger, where was served as elegant spread of delicious viands. The whole affair was recherche in every respect and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone present, Mrs. Sturgeon, although suffering the pain of a fractured wrist, had a snule and a pleasant word for all, which in the circumstances was doubly appreciated.
