Any i ber of the Guards—Ac Fonary, or Contributing— become a member of this j ciation by agreeing to pa; dues necessary to secure membership; to wit, the su six dollars a year for the year that he joins, and the of three dollars a year for e year after the first. These will be collected in twelve e monthly installments, on first of every month—fifty c a month during the first of membership, and twenty cents a month for every thereafter. They are, of coi y in addition to the regular (50ots a month) now paid membership in the Com] itself. Every member of Library Association will 1 the privilege of electing ladies as Honrary Mem! whose membership will ret ble that of the regular mem of the Association in every peot, except that they wil! exempt from the payment dues.
