Dr. I. D. Durham, Mr JAMES A. COBB, of Greenville, S. C, to Miss S. V. WILSON, of Oraugeburg, S. C. OBITUAIIY. The sanctity of home, bright with its* innocent treasures, is invaded with a gloom that, crushes hearts latoly full of promised joy, and plunges them in tho depths of bitter sorrow. Tho grave clods which heap above the tender form of the child, seem nlmost a ruthless foe, but the promise carries beyond tho tomb, to whither Ho dwells who said: ?'Suffer little children and forbid them not." Little RUTH, daughter of Jas. A. and Jane M. Williams, was recalled to Gori?who gave her to fond parents for a litllo while. Only two years and four mouths of ago, yet the cords so sud denly severed, tear loving hearts. ? The brightest blossoms die first; and now no more on earth shall we hear tho sweet voice which had just begun to lisp "Pupa;" but parents, "Wait patiently upon the Lord, and though sho cannot ngaiti come back to us, you may. go to hor.
