F. M., and of is partaking of a most elegant supper, spread uy the masons for their wives, e daughters, sweethearts or friends, as the caso happened to be, and a most pleasant and enterl aining affair it was. C. Besides the large number of members s of the order that were present, the pres- b i, once of as many or more of the lovely fair sex of our city, made th; scene and i- occasion the more enchanting. T1here d were also present a few gentlemen d friends as guests-those who have been r ep unfortunate as to have their expe e rience in the line of riding confined altogether to a mule, hence knew noth ing of the dillcultics with which one comes in contact In att, empting such a n thing with the veritable maso'nic goat, left none the wiser; but having t n the satisfaction of knowing that they had proven beyond a doubt that they were in possession of every secret, grip n and pass word that is necessary to 't devour such a supper as was put before them. e Worshipful Master A. C. Jones, who s had served the Lodge in this capacity a for two years and two of the most successful in its history we under- a Sstand, organized the Lodge, asked the a t visitors into the lodge room and Past Master N. It was a h d magnificent spread and it could not c have been served in a more admirable a e manner. The supper consisted of I everything imaginable good to eat and there was enough, and more too, to r have fed as many more. b g The Masonic order in Newberry, we I t are happy to state, is growing-new e r blood is being infused and in a few b years Amity Lodge will be one of, if s not the leading, lodge in the State. There is a disease prevailing in this country most dangerous because so decep tive. Many sudden deaths are caused by it-licart disease, pneumonia, heart failure or apoplexy are often the result of kidney disease. If kidney trouble is allowed to ad vance the kidney-poisoned blood will attack the vital organs, or the kidneys themselves break down and waste away cell by cell. Then the richness of the blood-the albumen --leaks out and the sufferer has Bright's Disease, the worst form of kidney trouble. Dr. Kilmer's Swamp-Root the new dis covery is the true specific for kidney, bladder and urinary troubles. It has cured thousands of apparently hopeless cases, after all other efforts have failed. At druggists in fifty-cent and dollar sizes. A sample bottle sent free by mail, also a bove telling about Swamp Root and its wonderful cures. Address Dr. Kilner & Co., Binghamton, N.
