Cannon, In No. 8 Township. It was stored with fodder, hay and peavines and was soon burned down. A stable adjoining was also burned. It was reported that a mule and some hogs were burned, but we understand that is not correct. The barn was a new one and the loss is from $300 to $500. No insurance. He was coning home from %vork and in attempting to turn in from Main street with a mower attached to the wagon he had to lift the nower around and the strain or exertion ruptured a blood vessel or brought on heart trouble, and he fell over and died almost instantly.
