That all licenses issued un der' and by virtue of this Ordinance shall be non-transferable and, ex celpt a license for a day, a week or a month, shall terminate and end on the 31st day of December of the yeauir in which they were issued; but may be0 revoked at any time by the OLty council of the City of Iaurens on satisfactory cause being shown.
