The committee appointed P. II. Crayton a committee of one to ?elect a reception hoard, whose duty it will i . to meet the cadets upon their ar rival in the city on Monday afternoon. The cadets will leave Clemson Col lege soon after breakfast on the morning of Monday, March 22, and march to Sandy Springs, whore they will have dinner. At this place they will entrain for Anderson, on special cara which will bo operated for that purpose. The cadets should arrive in tho city about 1 o'clock, and will immediately go to the camp, which will bc In readiness for them, on the Roberts property on North Main street.
