Boozer, tho white man who some time ago started a rough house in Coldvllle and fired several shots into the home of Major Leumas Blalock was convicted hero of assault with Intent to kill. The defendant ealbned that he was mentally unbalanced at the time on account of trouble. He had some trouble with Blalock about the hiring of field sands.
