Lovely onvey aniices, filled with still love lier fair forms made real pictures. most beautiful to the eye. and touching to the heart. The members general ly. of the t wo Sundav Schools in this place turnedl out well, rech ne Ipretsent enjoying him or her self* more or less. Of course the Young man whew impulsive heart is mnade to pallit at e at the c )tiva ting charms of the flair forms. felt more pleasure in the pic nic than his brother. who is u)aceountably insusceptible to the bewitching eyes of' Eve's dtear ida ughters. The day was spent in severaIl ways. ;win in mumblle peg, five huindired, ( we (lont mean that thle fellow asked her five hiundlre:l t imes to say yes or no) steal partners, and~ last, but not least, /ete a /e/e, were all idulgedl in, The good ladt(ies had prepared nice baskets for the occasion anid a delectable dinner was served . Shortly after this severial startedl for home, andl many of the young folks 'rmained1 for awhile longer, but by 4.30 o'clock the groundl was cleared. The Celebration On Sunday af ternoon at 3.30 o'clock followed t he pic nic. It has beenl a long ime sinice ai large congregation hlad enljoyed the same kind of an OCcasion. In fact we don't~ know that Easley ever befor'e enjoyed more, the services growing out of Sundlay School work. Nearly the whole town felt an interest in the v.ccasi on, and1( accordingly turnedl oult. Many were' inl fr'omf the counl try. The School was addressed hy Mesars. J E. Rngge and ame. P. We shall foster tender memo ries of their most excellen t ad dress es, for they are assuredly worthy the personal remembrance an1d like application of every discreet mind.
