The church was decorated with yellow chrysanthemums anda large American flag lelr'nd the altar. The school sang "The Star Spanpled Banner" as a small American flag was brought to the front by Walter Lewis. At the close of the song there was a salute to this flag, after which the Christian flag was brought forward by Mary Thompson and in turn saluted, immediately followed by the song, "Onward Christian Soldiers." There was informal reading, led by James Missroon, followed by the song, "Jesus Shall Reign." Next came a recitation, "A Patriot," by Charles Missroon. Tho exercises were concluded by singing .
