The fall term of the Court of Gen - eral Sessions convened on Monday with His Honor Judge Aldrich on tho bene]). The Grand Jury after ti full and lucid charge by Ilia Honor went to work and completed their work by Tuesday noon and were d's charged. The work ot this session was made short-only2 jury cases heard and on Tuesday afternoon the petit jurors were discharged. The following cases were disposed of: Peter Morrison, plead guilty to stealing bicycle and was given one year on chain gang. Lewis Loyd, who broke into Mr. Joo Munnerlyn's store, plead guilty to house breaking and larceny, a? d received a sentence ot three years in Btato pen or chaingang. Fletcher McCrinimon, colored, went to trial charged with a criminal assault upon Bertha McRue, colored, and was convicted and given 1 months or a fine of $35. Roney Dees, carrying concealed weapons, plead gui Itv, and sentenced to 4 mouths on chain gang or $35.
