Matheson found a Mr. Perkins trying to secure a lot ot hands to go to Alabama to work. He promptly had him arrested. Mon day afternoon he was given a hearing before Justices Easterling and Crosland and the evidence was such that he w?s placed under a hond of $350. Failing to raise it he went to prison.
