The executive committee of the Lexington County Corn Growers Association met here today and made plans for soliciting prizes for the sol| iciting prizes for the corn show which 1 will be held in the court house at Lexington, Saturday December 14. This is expected to he the biggest and best .show eyer held. There is more interest being shown by the boys this year than at any other show, as is evidenced by the greatest number being enrolled. As there will be no State or County fair this year the corn show will take the place 'of both. It is hoped that the soliciting of prizes will meet with liberal gifts by the citizens interested in the show.
